To get a better picture of the arguments and actions of suppliers, and the way consumers see themselves - and others - I launched two online surveys.
When I closed the surveys, I had a staggering 1,100 replies from companies and over 3,100 participations from consumers.
In each of the categories I wanted to use for comparison I had enought entries to draw conclusions of statistical significance.
